Positive, The room was spacious and bright, with great air conditioning and comfy beds. The rooftop terrace was perfect for breakfast, and the staff helped us with everything, including arranging a driver to Chichen Itza. I loved the hammock in the room too! 😊

The room I stayed in, the Deluxe King Room, was very comfortable. I really appreciated that the check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to pay the balance until check-out. That was a nice touch compared to other places I stayed in Mexico. Housekeeping kept everything clean, which added to the overall experience. The location is perfect for visiting Chichen Itza early in the morning. Having a pool available on site was a delightful bonus after a day of exploring. One downside was a couple of maintenance issues – I had a dripping air conditioning unit and a minor lock problem. Fortunately, the staff responded quickly to resolve these issues, so they didn’t disrupt my stay much. The outdoor temperatures made the cold shower less of a concern. I would definitely stay here again, as the overall experience was quite pleasant.

The swimming pool is uncomfortably cold. Noise from nearby bars and a rooster waking up at 2 am significantly disrupts sleep. Beds in the Twin Room feel a tad small, especially for two people trying to share. A few more dining options would have been appreciated.

The garden area is just perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, and the staff really went the extra mile to help. Used the picnic area for breakfast which was awesome. Only thing is, the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty sometimes, but honestly, not a big deal.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend in Valladolid considering the price it charged. The staff were super friendly and offered us a baby bed without any extra charge, which was great. Be prepared for some noise from surrounding areas at night.
